Essential oils for the face against wrinkles, use for lifting

Use of essential oils

Our body changes throughout life: cells die and regenerate. But every decade they get better and better. After the age of 30, a person begins to lose 1-2% of muscle mass per year, even if he leads an active lifestyle. All the tissues of the body suffer damage, thus the signs of aging appear on the skin. We call it aging and we know that it cannot be stopped.

Signs of aging around the eyes

The outward signs of aging appear around the age of 25

Why do signs of aging appear on the skin?

  • Fat layer decreases;
  • bone mass decreases;
  • Connective tissue is destroyed.

The metabolism in the connective tissue slows down. The building materials of our body are produced less and less: proteins (collagen and elastin) and polysaccharides (glycosaminoglycans). Roughly speaking, the aging process consists in the gradual loss of these components. what can we doJust try to slow down aging. Often even improving the condition of the skin, rejuvenating through competent care.

How do facial essential oils work against wrinkles?

In plants, essential oils are involved in metabolic processes. The main components of ethers - terpenoid and aromatic compounds - very quickly and actively enter the cells in various chemical reactions. Active chemical reactions also occur when ether comes into contact with human skin. Phenols, aldehydes, organic acids and alcohols in ether cause skin irritation and blood flows faster in the place of contact with them. Thanks to this effect, compresses and applications work with oil. The higher the oil concentration and the longer the exposure, the more active the skin reaction.

Essential oils do not contain vitamins. The vitamin is stored in water or fat; There are no fats and water in ether.

Using face oil for wrinkles

When it comes to treating fine lines and wrinkles, the options seem endless. Should you choose a cream or a light anti-aging moisturizer? How about a vitamin C serum or acid gel?

Essential oils cannot get rid of wrinkles, but they can reduce them.

They can also:

  • Accelerate collagen production
  • Improving skin tone
  • will even out the complexion
  • reduce inflammation
  • Increase the turnover of epithelial cells
  • Protect your skin from the environment

Which face oil to choose instead of cream for wrinkles?

One of the most valuable components of skin oils is lipids (fats). They stick to the cells of the horn (scales), creating a protective barrier that retains moisture. It also protects against the penetration of harmful microorganisms.

By applying it to the skin in its pure form, we seem to strengthen this protective barrier and the skin is saturated with moisture.

But the problem is that none of the vegetable oils contain the lipid ratio for our dermis. When applied to the face, we immediately feel moisturized and comfortable because it softens the corneous crust and softens it. It also forms a film that retains moisture on the surface.

The lipid barrier of the skin

If we continue to use it regularly, it will start to penetrate deep into the skin layer and destroy our own lipids. Their ratio will begin to change, which will lead to the destruction of the lipid barrier. The skin will become even drier and flaky.

Therefore, to strengthen the lipid layer, it will be much more beneficial to consume fats internally.

But there is also good news. Thanks to their moisturizing and emollient properties, vegetable oils are great for dealing with wrinkles if you approach them wisely.

How to use essential oils

Together with other components, they have a beneficial effect on the skin and soften fine wrinkles. Therefore, their use is even recommended in various mask recipes.

But in order for the skin not to get used to it, the recipes must be constantly changed. More on this below: for the reasons mentioned above, it is not recommended to use it regularly in its pure form, so replacing it with daily care products instead of a cream will not work, as it can cause serious harm.

protective barrier of the skin

For wrinkles, for additional moisturizing and softening, it is used in pure form only in emergency cases for 1-2 weeks. This should be done in accordance with the following rules:

  • Before applying, the face should be wet;
  • Number of drops according to skin type: dry 3-4 drops, normal 2-3, oily 1-2;
  • After 15-20 minutes, wipe the cover with a napkin to remove its excess;
  • Be sure to apply moisturizer after use;
  • Apply the oil around your eyes two hours before going to bed to prevent severe puffiness.

An effective and safe option for using anti-wrinkle oil is to add a small amount of drops to various masks, the recipes of which are given below. With other components for 20-30 minutes, such compositions will only bring benefits, provided that it is selected correctly (more on that later).
